Since the beginning, Waves ‘n See has been involved in collaborations with universities and research institutes to understand the hydro-sedimentary dynamics of different coastal areas. Video monitoring has the special attribute of providing access to a comprehensive set of coastal data in a lightweight package that can be easily adapted to different coastal issues and physical characteristics.  WaveCams® systems are operated remotely and can be implemented in many different coastal areas around the world. For example, the very first beach we monitored was in Vietnam, in the Mekong Delta.
